We began making changes to our high-set house around 18 years ago. PTAH Builders were a word-of-mouth recommendation when we wanted to put a centre opening window in a brick wall downstairs to increase light and ventilation. Since then, we have always had our home improvements with PTAH Builders. David and his son Andrew are tradesmen of high quality work, and very pleasant people to deal with.

P.T.A.H recently completed renovating two bathrooms in our home and additions to the facade to improve the appearance of the property. The work included demolition, carpentry, tiling, a new shower and toilet, plumbing, cabinetry and electrical work The house is a Queenslander originally built circa 1920. It was raised in the mid 1980's and the lower level was built by a former owner on a DIY basis. The standard of this work was poor and resulted in water leakage, a floor that did not fall to floor waste and rotting out of VJ's, weather boards and timber frames. The remedial and new work completed by David and Andrew was to a very high standard and the cost reasonable.

We have continued on through the years from our window in downstairs brick wall, to a 4th bedroom with an ensuite and extended verandah that opened with a few steps onto a higher level of garden, to replacing a window with a sliding door in a bedroom.

I can highly recommend PTAH. From a timely response to my initial enquiry to the completed job. I wanted a window removed and replaced with a sliding door. Two very competent and efficient workmen with excellent work ethic. Very accommodating and easy going. Nothing was too much trouble. Work site was left clean and neat.
